HONEY
The sweet gold of alpine flora.
The honey from our bees is a pure, natural product that combines the diversity of local flowers. Creamy or liquid – a genuine treat for your breakfast or for sweetening. Our honey is gently harvested and extracted to preserve all its valuable enzymes, vitamins and flavours. The taste, colour and consistency vary depending on the source of the blossoms – from mild spring blossom honey to strong forest honey.
Bees produce honey by collecting nectar, enriching it with their own enzymes and reducing the water content through aeration. Only when the water content is below approx. 18% is the honey mature and stable, and the bees ‘seal’ it with a fine layer of wax – for the highest quality. Only then do we harvest it.
HONEYCOMB
The luxury of nature. From the hive straight to the table.

Comb honey is the most natural form of honey – unprocessed and cut directly from the honeycomb. In addition to honey, it also contains beeswax, propolis and pollen, making it a particularly natural product.
The honeycomb is a masterpiece of architecture, consisting of hexagonal cells that maximise the building volume and require minimal wax. The wax is produced by the wax glands of young worker bees.
Chewing honeycomb is not only a pleasure, but also healthy and beneficial for the whole body.
FLOWER POLLEN
The ‘superfood’ of bees.

Bees collect pollen as a source of protein for their offspring by moistening the pollen with nectar and saliva and forming it into small pollen baskets on their hind legs. We only take a small surplus of pollen from the bees, which they do not urgently need. The colour of the pollen is an indicator of the type of flower visited.
This ‘pollen’ is also a valuable source of nutrients for us humans. It contains numerous vitamins (especially B complex), minerals, trace elements and amino acids. Taken regularly, it supports vitality and the immune system. It is best to enjoy 1–2 teaspoons daily in yoghurt, muesli or smoothies.
PROPOLIS
Nature's healing power – created by bees.
The natural building material and disinfectant of the bee colony.
Propolis is a resin mixture containing over 300 natural active ingredients – primarily flavonoids and essential oils – and is known for its powerful antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties.
Bees collect the resinous secretion from the buds of various trees (e.g. poplars or birches) and mix it with wax and saliva. They use propolis to keep the hive sterile and ward off invading germs or viruses – a natural immune system for the entire colony.
BEESWAX
Nature's versatile wonder cure.
Pure beeswax is produced when young bees secrete wax flakes and use them to build their honeycombs. It is a precious, natural product consisting of over 300 individual substances, which is carefully processed after the honey harvest. Beeswax is ideal for ointments, cosmetics, furniture care, candles and handicrafts.
BEESWAX FOOT WRAP
BEESWAX FOOT BAG
Natural, reusable, sustainable
The sustainable, reusable packaging alternative, impregnated with our pure beeswax. Ideal for keeping food fresh and for snacks.
Treatment with beeswax, resin and oil gives the cotton fabric malleable, moisture-repellent and slightly antiseptic properties. The wax does not seal food airtight, but allows it to ‘breathe’ – which counteracts mould growth and keeps cheese, bread or vegetables fresh for longer.
BEESWAX COMPRESS
Natural relief, natural warmth
Beeswax compress have been used in home medicine cabinets for centuries. Thanks to the gentle heat retention properties of wax, a warmed compress slowly and constantly releases heat to the treated area over a longer period of time. This leads to relaxation and well-being – especially for coughs, tension or stomach aches. Also suitable for children.
