Price information
- The prices quoted are per day for a minimum occupancy of 4 people and a minimum stay of 5 nights. Shorter stays of 4 nights or more and occupancy by 2 people are possible in the low season on request.
- In the high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
- In addition, the statutory local tax of €2.60 per person per day (from 14 years of age) is charged on site. The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance applicable in the municipal area at the time of the stay.
- Additional persons: 0 to 14 years: €15 per day; +14 years: €25 per day
Deposit
A binding reservation is made upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount
Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation condition:
- For cancellations up to 3 month before the planned arrival date, only the deposit paid will be retained.
- If cancellations up to 3 months before the planned arrival date, only the deposit paid will be retained.
- If cancellation occurs between 3 month and 4 weeks before the start of the trip, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged.
- For cancellations within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking amount.
Any deposits already paid will be credited towards any cancellation costs.
The legal provisions of Articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005) apply.

Arrival and departure
Arrival is possible from 3 p.m.
Departure should be by 10 a.m. at the latest.
