LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS

Your private stage in the Dolomites

The chalet is located in the quiet district of Campill/Frena in San Martin de Tor (St. Martin in Thurn) in the heart of the Gadertal (Val Badia) valley.

Situated in a heavenly quiet zone, far away from mass tourism and noisy roads, the true tranquillity of the mountains awaits you here.

Experience a front-row seat with spectacular, unobstructed views directly onto the famous peaks of the Puez-Geisler Nature Park – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will hear only the whisper of the wind; no car noise will disturb your perfect break.

Arriving from the north (e.g. Germany, Austria)

  • Brenner motorway (A22): Take the A22 southbound (towards Italy) to the Brixen/Vahrn (Bressanone/Varna) exit.
  • Puster Valley: After the exit, follow the Puster Valley state road (SS49/E66) eastbound (Bruneck / Innichen) for approx. 30–40 minutes.
  • Val Badia: At St. Lorenzen (San Lorenzo), leave the Puster Valley road and turn left onto the SS244 into Val Badia.
  • To the chalet: Follow the SS244 through the valley to St. Martin in Thurn (San Martin de Tor). From here, follow the local signs or GPS instructions to your chalet in the hamlet of Campill/Frena. The last stage takes you along a quiet mountain road directly to our idyllic location.

Arriving from the south (e.g. Verona, Venice)

  •  Brenner motorway (A22): Take the A22 northbound (Brenner) to the Brixen/Vahrn/Pustertal exit and follow the route described above.
  • Alternative (mountain passes): For a scenic but more time-consuming journey from the south-east (Venice/Belluno), take the A27 to the end and then follow the SS203 towards Agordo. Cross the Passo Falzarego and Passo Valparola (caution: winter closure and alpine conditions!) into the Gadertal valley.
